Modern Love is run by Ninth Path Systems LLC (“we” or “us”). By using Modern Love you agree to these terms.

Who can use Modern Love

You must be at least 18 and allowed to use the app where you live. One account per person.

Be respectful

• Use real photos of yourself and honest details.
• No harassment, hate, threats, nudity, spam or scams.
• Don’t ask other members for money.

We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until you cancel in your store account settings. Refunds follow the store’s policy.

Safety

We don’t run background checks. Meet in public, tell a friend where you’re going, and report anyone who makes you feel unsafe.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll let you know in the app before big changes take effect.
